We here at Saint Rose accept all families regardless of their faith.

Families already enrolled and attending a Catholic church do receive a percentage discount on tuition.

We have several scholarship opportunities available every year.  These are communicated through mass communications when opportunities become available.

Financial assistance is contigent on applying in our STS portal. More specific tuition information may be found under our Tuiton & Fees section.

If there are financial hardships Father Celestine Nwakwuo and Principal Sharon Johnston should be your point of contact.

At Saint Rose we offer the following special classes on a weekly basis outside of the core subjects:

Students have a different special every day of the week!

Indeed we do! We offer the following services to students:

• Instrumental lessons provided by our band director once a week
• Speech assistance through our IU department
• Guidance assistance through our IU department
• Remedial math assistance
• Math enrichment for those "high flyers"

Specific guidelines on uniforms such as the difference between winter and summer, what shoes you may pair with the uniform, etc; may all be found under our Uniform section found in the Student Life tab.

Also, every summer we host a used uniform sale to help families who need more cost effective options. Please reach out to our front office for more detailed information.

The following examinations are required depending on grade level:

• Kindergarten: Physical & Dental Exams Required
• Third Grade: Dental Exam Required
• Sixth Grade: Physical & Dental Exams Required

For clarification: A 5th grade student attending our school for the first time would need to provide their exams from both Kindergarten & 3rd Grade from their previous school. Or the equivelent to what their school required.

We are a one to one chromebook computing environment. Starting in first grade every student is assigned a new chromebook with a Saint Rose account that will be theirs for their entire time here at Saint Rose of Lima Elementary.

We use the monitoring software GoGuardian to ensure safe browsing; the program is monitored and reported on daily by our director of technology. This is in conjuction with other safety protections provided by the diocese to our incoming internet traffic.

Lastly, each classroom is equipped with a 75 inch smartboard to allow seamless presenting and interaction within the classrooms for teachers and students alike.

Technology is always expanding and we recently have added two new 3D printers into our curriculum this year!
